Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original, unworn condition and include all labels. NOTE: For health and hygiene purposes, underwear that has been opened and/or tested is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return / Exchange Instructions:

Complete the return or exchange in the manner provided in your submission, and make a copy of this form for your records.

Place the item in a box or in a suitable bag and include the form of changes and/or Customer Returns

Leave your return package in a FedEx Drop Box or at the nearest service point.

 

You can track your refund at www.fedex.com/us, using the tracking number on the label that is provided.

FIT-IN1 will NOT be responsible for any loss of product for which the customer does NOT have any proof of shipment.

RETURNS:

Use the prepaid label and the flat rate of $ 7.00 dollars for the deductible amount of your refund.

 

CHANGES:

Use the prepaid label and only pay shipping one way! There is no charge for items that are re-sent to you, but you will be charged $ 7.00 USD for return shipping.

  

NOTE: If you pay through PayPal and would like to make a change, please note that you will be contacted for information on bill payment in order to process and complete the change of your transaction.
